Order Processing
We pride ourselves on quick order processing. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping
We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our freshwater fishing equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of rods, reels, lures, tackle, and accessories.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:
- Freshwater Terminal Tackle (opened packages)
- Freshwater Lures that have been removed from packaging
- Personalized or custom fishing equipment
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
