You may return most unused, undamaged products with original tags and packaging within 15 days of receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

• Opened freshwater terminal tackle
• Freshwater bait removed from packaging
• Personalized or custom fishing equipment

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) to return or exchange
3. Receive your RMA number – we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions
4. Securely package the item and clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package
5. Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions

5.4 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (usually 3-10 business days)
